The hotel is really nice and convenient. There are about 40 rooms here in a 50 floor condo, and the check-in staff were very nice. A warning about parking: go to B3. The garage staff are a separate company from the hotel and seem clueless. If you park in the wrong spot, they’ll argue with you and want extra pay even if you’re there for just five minutes. The hotel couldn’t even get through to the guard who wanted to call the police. I attached a picture of his badge. Time for him to change jobs.

The staff were good, and both the rooms and bedding were neat. At night, though, tiny little cockroaches were unbearable. They gave me insecticide to spray in the room. The yellow cab provided for meals was nice, and I enjoyed my stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was so quiet that I slept really peacefully. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub after a long day. The western style washing machine and the very big fridge were nice to have too. I’m sure I’ll stay here again.

I stayed here a couple of times for work, and it was a terrible place. The aircon external unit was installed inside the bedroom and was super noisy. There was also a terrible smell in the bathroom, with plumbing issues. I changed rooms, but the second one had the same problem. Go somewhere else in Makati, you won’t regret it.

The location is nice, but they only seem to choose certain customers to greet or treat well. They’re usually nice to foreigners, but not to locals. The customer service is poor and the facilities aren’t great, especially for how expensive it is.
