It used to be clean and comfortable, with friendly staff, smoking allowed, and plenty of promotions and discounts. Maybe management has changed, because lately it feels like you only get what you pay for. I recently tried to check in and was given just 12 hours, which wasn't enough since I needed the room for a full night. They said I could extend, but that meant paying another fee for an extra 12 hours, which made no sense to me.

The food service is great, give it a try. The place isn't the newest or one of the biggest apartelles around, but you get your money's worth. The rooms have small foyers, so when you meet a visitor or attendant at the door, they can't see straight into your room.

Affordable hourly rates, cheaper than Sogo Hotel, which is 50 meters away. The air conditioners are too noisy, and even with yours turned off, you can still hear the neighbors'.

The amenities are simple but enough for the budget. The people are friendly, and the rooms are always ready.

Employees need to practice customer service. Even if a customer is rude, they shouldn't argue. They should help the customer understand the policy.
