Innspired Hostel

Miss WENG was the best part of our stay, so accommodating and always wearing the loveliest smile. We’ll be back, and thank you so much, Miss WENG. The rooftop was a lovely surprise, with fresh air and a clean, relaxing place where our group could enjoy the moment. The room surprised me too when I walked in. It was very clean, cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. From the outside the hostel looks simple, but there are plenty of surprises inside.

The rooftop was being renovated while I was there, so once that work is finished it should be great. The beds are comfy, the showers are hot, and the staff are friendly. The location works well if you want to stay away from the party areas.

I felt safe here and could lock my things in a locker when I went out. I also found it more convenient and safer to charge my phone from my portable charger while in bed. This was my first hostel, since I was traveling alone and hoped to meet other travelers. I usually stay in upper mid-range hotels, so my expectations were low. The photos looked clean and bright, and the place seemed fairly new, but I still had reservations. Booking a dorm spot turned out to be a pleasant surprise. And yes, I did meet some people too, lol. Len at the front desk was amazing: always smiling, pleasant, and willing to answer all my questions about the area. She really made the stay worthwhile and did a great job with customer service. I was also surprised by how clean the hostel was, especially with people coming and going from the dorms. It wasn’t like my usual hotels, but they did a good job keeping it clean. The location is okay, with a few conveniences nearby. Going farther means dealing with typical Manila traffic, which is horrible. The WiFi wasn’t connected yet. I was told it would be set up before the end of February, though anyone who’s been to the Philippines knows finding WiFi on a good day can be a challenge.

The rooms are small, but quiet and very clean, with hot showers and cozy beds. The staff were welcoming and warm, and it was possible to arrange a late checkout by asking in advance. The WiFi only worked on the first floor and didn’t reach the upper floors. Since the hostel had just opened, I figured they might sort that out soon. Thanks for a pleasant stay 😊
