I had a lot of fun here. It’s a nice staycation spot, close to all the good places in the Ayala, Makata area.

Great location, and the staff are friendly.

It’s not too crowded, and there’s a 7Eleven right beside the lobby. The gym is okay, with treadmills, but the floor isn’t protected if you drop weights by accident. Smoke from cigarettes can come into other rooms through the stove exhaust, so you have to leave it running all the time. The aircon can get really noisy when water drips from the aircon above or when it rains, and the walls don’t block sound very well.

The condo walls need better soundproofing. I’ve heard loud entertainment systems coming through them. There’s also gym equipment and a small swimming pool on the seventh floor, up to five feet deep.

Roaches come from neighboring units. The pool CRs have no water connected, and the children's area is run down.
