I was only there for a couple of hours, and it was fine. The building feels a bit old-fashioned. There was no room service, but the area was clean and organized. Good enough for an overnight if all you need is a basic room.

One night, a swarm of termites hatched in my room. I woke up to dozens of them procreating on my face. True story, and quite a shock. She's very old, but seems fairly well maintained. I think the reception staff have been there since the condo was built, and they're good people. Apparently there's a pool on the roof, though I didn't use it. The gym looks terrible.

It's a good place for a business stay, though not really for leisure. The location is convenient, just a few meters from Greenbelt and the commercial hub, and the staff were good, from the office team to housekeeping and security. Booking online and ahead of time is the way to get a good price. It's not as brilliant as a five-star hotel, but I still give it five stars because I enjoyed the comfort and convenience.

The room made the price worthwhile. It was huge, had twin beds, a security box, and a fully equipped mini kitchen with a microwave and cooking facilities. You don't often get that convenience at hotels in the same price range or even higher. I only stayed at BSA Mansion for a day, for business near Aguirre St. I had doubts when I booked, but I'd definitely stay at the BSA again when I'm in the area.
