Grand Traveler Suites

Not having anyone at the front desk in the morning was highly inconvenient. Guests may need help, or need to check in or out, and the Inn should have someone available to assist. The main door should open on time, and front desk staff should be there before 7am. Guests also need advance notice of when the door opens and when staff will be available, so they're not left waiting.

The facilities are nice, and the rooms feel cozy. I’d stay here again on my next trip.

It’s a quiet, roomy place, which makes it a great fit for digital nomads.

The staff were friendly, but the service didn’t feel very professional. Our average room faced the road, and with little soundproofing it was extremely noisy. There were mosquitoes everywhere, plus two cockroaches. With a room like that, asking for a security deposit feels unreasonable. We had to check out at noon but were catching an evening bus, so we asked the owner to hold our belongings. He agreed, though reluctantly, even though helping a guest in that situation seems like basic courtesy for a place catering to tourists. The lobby also had no fan despite the extreme heat.
