Y2 Residence Hotel managed by HII

The main downside was a smell from outside that you notice on the way to your room. I couldn't smell it once inside the room, though, and maybe the hotel can do something about it. Thank you. I stayed in the Studio Deluxe, which had what I needed for a short, relaxing visit. The place seems lowkey at first, but the room was comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. It has a simple white and black look, with Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a kitchenette. There's also a rooftop pool, Blu Fox Bistro, and a gym. Y2 Residence Hotel is in Poblacion, and it felt like a comfortable place to stay in Makati without the usual crowd.

The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax, with a nice skyline view, and the hotel is conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern design and a lovely city view. The welcoming, friendly staff made check-in quick and easy. I had a wonderful stay at Y2 Residence Hotel and would happily come back. I'd recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, enjoyable visit.

Poblacion and Buendia are within walking distance, so the location works well for nightlife or getting to the MRT. The hotel also feels secure since you need a card to select your floor, limiting access for non-guests and visitors. The rooms and suites are spacious for the price, with quality facilities, a comfortable bed that made for a good night's sleep, and a sleek bathroom with the essentials provided. There's a pool in the penthouse to enjoy during your stay. I can recommend this hotel.

The location is great, with good restaurants and three rooftop bars within two blocks, though it's a bit loud and close to the red-light district. Service was great, the rooms were cleaned every day, and there's good parking. The rooftop pool is killer, and the bar has beer and other drinks. I didn't try the restaurant. I'll be back.
