For what it costs, the room was really relaxing. The air-con worked well, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, and even the bathroom water was in good shape. You might pay more for that at other inns or hotels. It’s a little far from the highway, but most of what you need is there. The staff kindly showed me to my room and were around whenever I needed anything. I might stay again next time I visit Malaybalay City.
I felt safe and well looked after during my stay. The atmosphere at 1st Avenue Apartelle was calm and relaxing, and everyone there helped make my visit enjoyable. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, safe place.
There’s room to relax here, and both the fan rooms and air-conditioned rooms have plenty of outlets for charging gadgets. The rooms are tidy and well maintained. It’s also close to other spots in Malaybalay’s nightlife area.
When I visited Malaybalay almost 5 years ago, I stayed here. Since then, they’ve added rooms, and parking is available anytime. The crew is accommodating, and my room was clean and neat, with more than enough space for one person. The toilet in my room was damaged, though, and the centralized shower water was too hot to adjust. Hopefully management sorts out the hot water. It’s still a good place to stay.
Nothing fancy, just an affordable basic place. There was a lot of noise from the neighborhood.
