The pools were clean and my kids loved them, and the food and guest service were great. Our room was clean, with a modern bathroom and a nice-sized balcony. The front desk was kind and helpful, and having our own aircon remote meant we could adjust the temperature ourselves. A few things could be improved. The bathroom door should be more blurred or covered. The cottage stairs need to be safer, and the beds roll around too easily, so locking wheels would help. The bathroom also gets slippery after a bath and needs rags. I'd prefer daylight bulbs instead of the yellow room lights.
