I needed flexibility on a business trip since I had to decide day by day whether to extend my stay. The front desk made that easy and was very accommodating. The location across from the SM Megamall market was handy too, especially for groceries and cooking in the room's kitchenette.

The room size and location make this good value. The cockroaches need to be dealt with, and the front desk attitude needs work, especially Krisnel. Whenever I asked something, the usual answer was, “Will follow up, please have a seat.”

We booked four rooms for a get-together. They were clean, but bring your own toiletries since there was no shampoo, and we found roaches in the bathrooms. Megamall is nearby, and there's a 7-11 in the lobby area. We didn't try the pool. Checking out took far too long. I was aiming to leave before 11 a.m., but because they were short staffed it took two hours to inspect the separate rooms and return our security deposit. The only available parking is the open lot nearby, and despite what the sign says, it isn't open 24/7.

We barely used the room since we spent the day at an event, and we didn't use the stove at all. Still, at checkout they charged us for a kettle they said had melted underneath. The kettle they showed us looked old and worn, and I suspect this may be an excuse they've used on other guests too. Looking at the reviews, I saw several people describe the same thing. The bathroom also had small cockroaches and the facilities felt very outdated. We basically only slept there. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Check the room carefully when you arrive.
