Frederick's Apartelle

The room was okay, the people were friendly, and it felt like good value. It’s very close to my gf's place, which is convenient. The bathroom could use an exhaust fan since the windows can’t be opened. My room 408 has a balcony right outside, though.

The coffee order to our room on July 04 2025 was incomplete: we received one cup instead of two, and there was no sugar. When I politely mentioned it, the staff member said she would “do it later” with visible frustration. That response felt careless and unprofessional, and it made the interaction uncomfortable. I expect complete orders and courteous basic service as a guest. This has left me concerned about staff training and supervision, and about how people representing Frederick’s Apartelle are selected. I’d like to know what standards are meant to ensure professional service. Please look into what happened and take steps to prevent a repeat. The owner has a really cute fluffy dog, which was a highlight. I loved staying here, and would definitely recommend it. The apartelle is very comfortable, the staff are wonderful, and they provide room service every day. Each floor has a nice place to hang out. Security felt solid, with a guard on standby and the main door actually locked at night.

The location was accessible, and parking was available. You can book an 11-hour or 22-hour stay, with the hours starting whenever you arrive. The shower has a heater, but the bed-level air conditioner and very thin blanket nearly gave me a cold. They charge extra if you ask for a comforter. It was okay, but nothing special.
