The complex is huge, and the pool looks so inviting. I especially like heading up to the roof deck, where you can relax and take in a 360-degree view of Manila, including the buildings in Makati and Mandaluyong. It feels comfortable and peaceful up there. There are shops inside the buildings, and just outside the entrance you’ll find various sari sari stores. It’s a great place to stay while in Manila.

This is a very old condo with rats and cockroaches, and it’s the headquarters of some scammers from North America. My girlfriend “worked” for one of them and never got paid. He took advantage of her naivety, slapped her, forced her to sleep with different western guys, and eventually scammed her. We went to three different police stations, but they were useless. Later we confronted him, and he scammed her again. We booked a room there to meet and confront him, but of course we didn’t find him. I left trash in front of his door, and that was enough for one of the security guards to give him a photocopy of my passport. Security has no right to sell your information to a scammer. The police should be there, but as everyone knows, they’re lazy and useless. We went back a year later to find out who gave him my passport copy. I still don’t know, though I have an idea. Security kept barking at me and asking if I knew the scammer. I told them why I was there, and called the police because they wouldn’t let me leave. I tried calling 911, LOL 😂. No free calls, so I added credit just to reach them. After 40 minutes, even though the police station is 200 meters away, they showed up with a warrant, and I went to jail. Now I can’t return to the Philippines to see my family, and I have two pending lawsuits. At the police station, in front of eight officers and two security guards, he threatened that my girlfriend, her house and her family would burn. Why her? Now she can’t go home to see her family either. Shame on the police for protecting scammers. When you know too much and talk too much, they silence you by sending you to prison or unalive you. All the evidence is at the police station. It cost me 1000 USD to get that video, so I’ve given up. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY WILL SELL YOUR INFORMATION TO THE SCAMMER.

There’s plenty of greenery around the complex, with gardens where you can get some fresh air, and the atmosphere is great. Guards and staff are friendly and ready to help whenever you need them. The amenities cover the basics with a convenience store, and there are also pools, a basketball court and a spa for relaxing or having fun. Everything is well maintained. It’s a good place to stay or live for a few nights, and I’d recommend it to travelers looking for an all-in-one setup.
