The staff, from the front desk to security, were polite, efficient, and quick to help, which gave me peace of mind. My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable despite the busy EDSA location. Fresh linens, a cared-for bathroom, and reliable air-conditioning made it easy to relax after a long day. Getting to malls, transport hubs, and restaurants was straightforward. The rates felt affordable for what was included, such as free Wi-Fi, cable TV, 24-hour food service, in-room massage, toiletries, and secure parking. Hotel Sogo Edsa Shaw was a dependable choice for my recent stay in Mandaluyong, with good value and thoughtful amenities.

The food was delicious, especially the half-fried chicken, pancit, and nilagang bulalo. My friend, who recommended this place after staying at Edsa Shaw, was right that we should try them. We waited about 15-20 minutes, which felt quick, and everything came with the full set of condiments. They also granted all the requests from my balikbayan uncle. Thanks to the chef and waiter for such a satisfying meal. My aunt and I stayed on December 26, and being close to the airport made it easier to pick up my uncle. The hotel was clean, well maintained, comfortably cool, and had strong Wi-Fi. I highly recommend it.

Romel and Tristan, the supervisor and GY staff member, deserve special thanks. They were professional, approachable, and attentive throughout our stay, greeting us politely and checking in whenever we saw them. Their care made us feel more comfortable, and it’s why we check in at this branch every day.
