I stayed at OYO Bedstation for a month. The room was okay, with a comfortable bed, but the air conditioner sometimes failed. There was no way to heat food or cook in the room, and using the kitchen wasn't allowed, so I ate takeout every day. Roaches were in the room, and after showering there was nothing to push the water toward the drain, leaving the floor wet. The staff were excellent, friendly, and always helpful when I asked. They deserve better pay and did the best they could with what they had. For the price, it was a decent stay. You get what you pay for.

This was a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it if you want peace of mind. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the toilets didn't work, and the towels didn't absorb water. The owner hates foreigners. When I was delayed for two days and owed payment, he held my passport, so I had to take him to the police station to get it back. He then cut the lights and water and evicted me illegally. They showed no respect for my money or patronage.

For its price and location, this place is good, and the staff are accommodating. The main issues are the mostly old air conditioners, positioned right next to the bed, which can be uncomfortable when you're lying down and could potentially make you sick. Some bathrooms flood badly because there’s no divider between the shower and toilet. They really need to address both the shower setup and the A/C placement.

The room was nothing like the neat, nice pictures on screen. It was untidy, with lots of cockroaches, and the TVs and phones didn't work. The bed was embarrassing, especially the frame, which looked like pieces of plywood stuck together just to pass as a design. Towels and blankets were outdated too.

The staff were apologetic and had excellent attitudes, and the rates were affordable with wide rooms. Still, we had a very stressful stay and were extremely upset by the problems. We arrived to find no parking, despite the website saying a space was available anytime. Reception couldn't provide one. We knew it was past check-in time to get a refund, so we searched nearby for over two hours before a hotel neighbor lent us space for our van. At check-in, we waited about 20 minutes because the young receptionist didn't have our room key. We were eventually taken to the 4th floor. There’s no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs, though staff helped with our things and that reduced some of the stress. The television in the room didn't work, so we waited for a woman to fix it. The AC still didn't cool the room, and we ended up moving to another one. When we went to wash our hands, there was no water because the switch in the room hadn't been turned on. I called reception, and they apologized. There were no towels either, so I had to call again. The floor tiles kept cracking underfoot. There was no refrigerator or electric kettle, even though we requested one, and the linens left us itching after checkout. That's our experience, though I'm sure not everyone has the same one.
