10/10
The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices and was filling, and the pool was clean with towels available. I liked that the gate beside the restaurant stayed locked, a useful safety step with kids around. I also looked at the gym. I didn't use it, but the equipment seemed decent from what I saw and what other reviews said. I came as a walk-in when my power went out. As a hotelier, I like to share feedback for both appreciation and improvement. Every staff member I met was courteous and well-trained, kudos to the whole team for their hospitality. The room was a delight, clean, fresh, and well-kept, with spotless sheets and towels. I noticed the complimentary bottled water listed on their OTA page wasn't there. I didn't ask about it, but thought it was worth mentioning. This is a great spot for a quick staycation, and I'd book again.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and our room was neat and very clean. Breakfast was good, with lots of options, and they had a shuttle to one of the biggest malls. It's one of the few decent hotels we've stayed at, and we'd highly recommend it.

Three hours waiting to check in, even though check-in was meant to be at 2pm. The staff seemed poorly trained and the service was awful. You can decide for yourself whether you still want to stay here.

8/10
The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. It’s also handy for getting to malls and other spots around Mandaue, Cebu, and the breakfast buffet had a decent range of choices. The key card was frustrating, though. I had to swipe it quickly and try several times before the door opened. The Wi-Fi was slow too, with lag and frequent dropouts that made working or streaming difficult. Updating the internet and door lock systems would make getting online and into the room much easier.

10/10
The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, and SM Jmall is nearby, with Jollibee and KFC close as well. Our room was roomy, with two large beds, and the hotel and pool were both very clean. Everyone we dealt with, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant staff, was polite and friendly.
