Fan's Hotel Ormoc

Roldan, the OJT student, greeted us warmly and respectfully from the moment we arrived, which made us feel welcome and valued. His kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness made a real difference to our stay. I'm grateful for the care he showed and wanted to thank him for his excellent service. It made our visit more pleasant and memorable. Keep up the great work!

The room is cozy and nice, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Service was good. The only issue we noticed was on the second floor: some sheets had stains, there were cockroaches on the bed and CR floor, and a few sheets smelled like cockroaches. Please check the rooms and try spraying some insect killer.

On my second stay with the Fan’s Hotel chain, this time in Ormoc City, I was again impressed by its modern business hotel feel, comparable to four star hotels in Manila or Cebu. The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I slept well, and the cleanliness was top level. Breakfast is a la carte but sufficient. The location is very convenient, in the city center and just a few steps from the city terminal and port, with everything I needed nearby. The staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful. My first stay was in Baybay City last May, and I'm really happy with this one too. I'd highly recommend it to anyone staying in Ormoc City.

This was my second time here, and the hotel is still poorly maintained despite being newly built. I found a cockroach in the room, the slippers were dirty, the shower stand was broken, and neither the heater nor the TV worked. I also saw a rat on the ground floor. The facility clearly isn't being maintained by the staff.
