Very bad experience. We paid for a room, but there was no wave pool. The receptionist said they wouldn’t switch it on unless at least 20 guests were there, and there were no guidelines saying that guests had to meet that number. June 1, 2026
The restaurant food is a must-try, and I forgot to take photos. It’s easy to get to, right along the highway to Talavera, and a great place to stay, eat, and enjoy.
The building is awesome! It feels like being somewhere else.
The staff were kind, polite, and easy to approach, and we had a lot of fun at Crystal Waves Hotel and Resort. We enjoyed the wave pool in the late afternoon, while my kids loved the infinity pools and jacuzzi. We’ll definitely come back.
Breakfast was delicious, and the garden felt so refreshing. We celebrated our wedding at this hotel and had a fantastic time. The staff were accommodating and ready to help around the clock. We’ll definitely come back. Wow!
