OYO 260 The Venice Luxury Residences

The condos themselves are quite nice, but the security can be unreasonable and demanding. Ten days ago, every elevator was out for maintenance for three hours. On a building with more than 24 floors, I wonder who thought that was a good idea. You just hope nobody gets sick and needs to be moved quickly. Some guards are rude and arrogant, and the lobby receptionists can be the same. They act like they own the place and order tenants around. It's hard not to lose your temper.

This place makes sense mainly if your office is in McKinley. Apart from Venice Grand Canal Mall, there's not much around. The gym is tiny, and so is the pool, with amenities shared across seven towers. There are three badminton courts, but they're all outdoors, so the constant wind makes them pretty useless.

The direct way into Venice Mall was really handy, and the apartment unit I stayed in had top-quality interiors. Great place overall, with professional staff. One guard was somewhat rude on three occasions, though. Maybe that was his monthly occurrence.

I've shared a place here with workmates for about four years, with financial support from our company. The buildings look quite exquisite, and the rent can be expensive. The location in the center of Taguig is very convenient, with banks, offices, commercial properties and shops nearby, next to the military campus, which feels safer. The famous The Grand Venice mall is here too.
