We loved the views from Grace's place, and the balcony was a great spot to take them in. We booked it on Agoda. The apartment has a TV, AC, washing machine, cooking gear, cleaning supplies, and a desk or dining table. There’s a little supermarket nearby with meat and vegetables, too. The bed is cramped because you have to climb into it from the foot. In my opinion, the separate kitchen and dining area creates that issue, and removing the dividing wall would help. The pool costs extra to use. Getting around can take patience. Waiting for an empty cab takes a while, and Grab is often slow during busy periods. That’s a BGC-wide problem, though. If you can, travel early to avoid traffic. Still, it was a great place to stay.

The rules feel very strict and aren't guest friendly unless you live there. We had to move 6-7 boxes from tower 1 to tower 3 with little or no help. Because of the rigid policies, we couldn't borrow a luggage cart or ask the crew for even a small hand.

I visited while a friend was staying here, and it seemed like a good place to stay. The scale is huge: there are three similar towers, each with 22 floors, and apparently 65 rooms on every floor. Tower 1 has offices, a gym, and three swimming pools.

The staff greet us, and the place has great amenities and views. I just wish they’d ask tenants for their unit details and names less often. I understand it’s for security, especially when the guards haven't seen someone before, but I've worn the same jacket almost every day for over a month to help them recognize me, and they still ask for my information. It gets really annoying.

Security makes the place a complete nightmare. They stop you constantly to ask who you are and what you're doing. It feels absurdly intrusive.
