The rooms looked nothing like their online photos, and the TV seemed straight out of the early 2000s. Getting basic things like slippers took a long time. The staff were polite and accommodating, though they did warn us delays were possible because there were so many guests. We changed rooms three times because of poor maintenance. In the first, it was dirty and dusty, with pubic hair left in the toilet. The second had barely working air conditioning, which defeated the point of checking in to cool off. The staircase smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the room was so dusty it looked unmaintained. The last room was passable, but after waiting 30 minutes in the heat, we were too tired and overheated to complain again. There were visible cracks in the walls, too, which made the neglect obvious. There are no keys for the rooms. Even if management says the property is safe, a room key is a basic requirement, especially if guests need to go out and buy something.

At Hotel Dream World, I found the room clean and comfortable, and the staff helped me as soon as I arrived. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. It was a nice, simple stay that fit my budget, and I’d book again and invite my friends along. :))))

The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was delicious, and the location made it easy to walk to major attractions and restaurants. I spent three nights at Hotel Dream World in Las Pinas City and had an incredible time. The room was spacious and spotless, with a stunning city view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Pinas City, and I’ll definitely return.

Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with a soft bed, working AC, and a nice view. Service was really good and fast, and they provided everything we needed. Super satisfied, highly recommend, and I’ll definitely stay again!
