Lylie Hotel

The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help and offer recommendations. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, a nice place to rest after a busy day. The hotel was also excellent value, with amenities and service that felt like they belonged in a pricier place. Its location made it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and transportation. It worked well for both business and leisure, and I’d recommend it for a convenient, affordable stay with warm hospitality.

We only needed somewhere to stay overnight and a place where I could work after a huge fire broke out at Furniture city on 1/23/25, just across from your home. The power was out and wouldn’t return until dawn. This place is fine for a night stop. If you’re after a fancy birthday Airbnb, fun activities, or vacation vibes, it isn’t meant for that. The WiFi was good, with no interruptions while I worked remotely. The air-conditioning was very cold, and the fan and lights worked. I didn’t use the television because I needed to work. Water ran in the bathroom, which had a bidae, but I didn’t try the water heater. Pets are allowed on the 4th floor only, where there’s no mini fridge. Mini fridges are available on the 1st floor, and staff said the fee is ₱400 per pet. They provide service water at check-in. You can pay by cash or GCash only. Service was good, they were easy to reach by phone, and booking was quick. Parking is free, and outside food and drinks are allowed with no corkage. My only issue was the creepy feeling. I’m not overreacting, the toilet room faucet was rusty and didn’t seem suitable for washing my face, so we used the shower instead. I think the place just needs consistent maintenance before things deteriorate. Overall, it was okay.

Fast, reliable WiFi, and reasonable rates for air-conditioned rooms. The hotel sits in a gated community with onsite security around the clock. A bakery, grocery, fast food, and neo Tokyo are all within walking distance.

The staff were great, and the location was fantastic, about 15 mins from the airport. Harley Davidson Cebu, groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy, and laundry are all walkable, whatever you need. Good value for the money on my recent stay.
