Residenz Inn

I arrived very late after an international flight on Sept 27, 2018, and the staff were extremely helpful. The clean room had everything I needed. I chose to check out early the next morning and continue to my next destination, and the staff went out of their way to make that easy too. Thank you, I really appreciate your help.

It felt like being at home. The place is quiet, the internet is fast, and hot and cold water is available all day and night. There’s a hot shower, and soap, shampoo with conditioner and a dental kit are provided at check-in. You can borrow mugs and spoons from the lounge. Room sizes vary: the family deluxe is very spacious, while the twin room is quite small, with little space between the bed and cabinet. The standard room is spacious, though its bathroom is shared.

The room was nice for the price, and the staff helped whenever I needed them. It’s a little out of the way, though. During Sinulog, I couldn’t get a ride to the airport from the hotel at 3:30am. Thankfully, the kind man working there walked with me to the main street and helped find a cab. I’m very grateful.

The fan room was too hot because it was on the building’s top floor. We upgraded to an A/C room, and that made our stay much better. Great service and location.
