It’s hard to get any peace here. Dogs bark whenever they hear something, setting off a chain reaction that echoes through the building. Poor soundproofing lets it travel along the halls and into units, and even routine cleanup by maintenance staff can set off more barking with every mop stroke. The acoustics do little to block the noise, so quiet is practically nonexistent. This doesn’t feel like a comfortable place to live. The constant noise is overwhelming, and if you need a calm place to live or work, think twice before buying or renting here. It’s far from ideal, even if the condo might look like a haven for pet lovers, especially dog owners.

Very clean, and there are plenty of fast food places nearby, including jollibee and Starbucks.

The parking situation is a mess. Common parking has complicated rules, and on one occasion we went up to our unit while no guard was there. We waited, but were in a hurry, so left the car briefly and went upstairs. By the time we came back, a guard had arrived and was photographing the vehicle as though we had done something wrong. Visitors also face a three-hour limit, extendable only until 10 PM, after which the car can be clamped and a ₱3,000 penalty charged without a verbal warning. Overnight visitors need to find parking outside or pay another owner for a slot. Owners can buy parking, but the slots are expensive and none were available when I wrote my earlier review. In 2026 they started offering uncovered spaces at the same price as covered parking. Cars sit in the sun and rain, so I don't think that's worth the cost. There are reportedly only 100 parking spaces for a tower of 1,000 units, and I can't imagine how it'll be once all three towers are built. Our two-bedroom unit looked much smaller in person than expected. It doesn't seem suitable for more than three people, and furniture and cabinets will make it feel tighter. The toilet and bath are cramped too. Pets are allowed only on floors 1 through 4, and owners have to register them with management and provide vaccination-card photos. Even owners aren't allowed to put a puppy fence by their own door. Management said that's expected in a condominium and keeps things uniform. The elevator uses RFID, and your ID only gives access to your own floor. You also have to come downstairs to collect Grab, Shopee, Lazada, and other orders. Internet is still a major issue. Since buying in 2024, we've had only 8990 Internet, the provider run by the company itself. Before purchase, we were told there would be other choices, but there aren't any, including Globe, PLDT, or converge. I couldn't work from home with the service. Residents have been pushing management about this, and I hope other options eventually become available. The Facebook community is full of complaints about poor building materials, leaks in units, and those parking rules. The place feels suffocating. Access is convenient, with Starbucks, gas, McDonald’s, and a supermarket nearby, but living here has been a huge mistake for us. We bought because of the “no equity” marketing and feel we were misled from the start. We only took a unit because of that offer, and it turned out to be all BS. More than anything, I wish we'd looked elsewhere. If you need room for a family, visitor parking, freedom to choose an internet provider, or space for things like a puppy fence, this isn't a good fit. Maybe it could work for Airbnb. Try Mivesa instead, which seems much better managed. 2024 review: We have a unit here, and the place is in a good spot. Pets are allowed on the lower floors, and the building is 19 floors tall, as far as I know. Common parking availability and visitor access were already frustrating. I hoped the internet choices would improve, but they still haven't.

The pool still isn't ready, and there's no front desk. You need a key card to use the elevator.

The condo is affordable, and there's a mall nearby. Cebu IT Park is about 7 minutes away.
