I called more than five hours before I planned to stay, but they made no effort to get the room ready. When the TV had no available channel, the caretaker just told me, "wala ma na ma loadan sa secretary sir". What a poor level of service.

The deluxe room had a clean bathroom, and I liked having free coffee and tea. I’d still like a bit more privacy and safety around the property, maybe a fence outside or a guard. I like this place overall, thumbs up 👍👍👍

The food was good, and the staff were very good. The room felt just right for a couple, like settling into a place of your own.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were nice. The rooms were good too, though the aircon was noisy.

The room badly needs maintenance, and there was no security. We paid for a late check-in room but weren’t even given a key card. The service and staff were not good.
