We got bottled water and extra electric fans without any trouble when we asked. The place was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the service was good, so it felt like good value. When it was time to leave, though, we couldn't find the caretaker and didn't know who to hand the keys to.

The staff were responsive and accommodating, and the place was clean. I'd book again and recommend it!

We chose another hotel because the service here was unsatisfactory and we wanted a more comfortable stay. The receptionist came across as unpleasant and unprofessional. When we asked for a full refund, they first refused, even though the service hadn't met expectations. They agreed only after I brought up RA 7394. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to families. If unprofessional service doesn't bother you, choosing it could be a nightmare.
