The space theme we booked for wasn’t really delivered. The room was dirty and old, and the advertised room definitely wasn’t what we got. The doorknob was barely holding together, the shower sprayed everywhere except on the person using it, and the AC leaked onto the floor. Lesson learned. Never again.

The VIP room was spacious, and I loved it, though I didn’t get a room with sunlight. They provided clean towels, a toothbrush, shampoo, and a bar of soap. The front staff were friendly too.

After shopping at 168 Mall in Divisoria, this is a convenient place to rest. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is decent for that purpose. I wasn’t impressed by the attitude of the room attendants, lobby bellman, or even the front desk staff in costume. They need more customer service training.

There was no internet, and it was always under maintenance. My room had no remote control, sandals, or menu. It took a while to bring the missing items after I called. Poor service, and I won’t come back.

The staff were nice, but I had a terrible time and the place fell far short of what I expected in the Philippines. My room was freezing all night because there was no blanket, just mattresses being used as one. There wasn’t a TV remote either. The lobby smelled like a fish market, and the room smelled awful. There was no trash bin, tissue, kettle, or mug. The shower and toilet flush were broken. What an experience 🥹
