The room and its ambience matched the image and description, and the accommodation was clean with a spacious bathroom. There’s only a small window, and access to the room feels a bit outdated. I hadn’t expected this to be such a large hotel complex. There was no hot water one day, but it was available on demand and the issue was settled quickly. Shortening the accounting period was handled very simply and cooperatively.

For the price, the room was better than I expected. It was clean and had everything I needed, and the lobby and restaurant were really nice. Loved it!

Handy location near the center, though cleanliness could be better. I found a few bugs in the bathroom.

The atmosphere was lovely, and Manila Bay is nearby.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the TV had only a limited number of channels. There’s no refrigerator, which made the stay less convenient. Finding the hotel was also a hassle: there aren’t many hotels around, so taxi drivers don’t know the area well. I drove around Baywalk three times before I found it.
