The unit felt old and uncomfortable, and there were cockroaches. The air conditioning in three bedrooms wasn’t working. We paid 8k++ for one night, and it wasn’t worth it at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The city view is perfect, and being right by Robinson mall is a big plus. The service was friendly, but the rooms need updating and the bed frames were broken and loose.

The room itself had a few problems: no microwave, a refrigerator that didn’t work properly, and I had to ask separately for a hair dryer. The induction cooker plug didn’t fit the socket, so it was unusable. Service was the bigger disappointment. This was our second stay, and we’d hoped for the same good experience as last time. We mentioned that we’d stayed before, expecting a warm acknowledgment, but the front desk just said, “Ahh, okay. Welcome back,” in a dismissive tone. At check-in, staff seemed more focused on impressing a trainee than welcoming us, asking unnecessary questions to show off. We don’t usually leave bad reviews. We just want an easy, enjoyable hotel stay, but this experience shouldn’t be ignored. I hope the hotel takes the feedback seriously and improves its customer service.

The building is very old, and the toilets were congested. My room was smaller than I expected, smelled musty, and had worn-out furniture. I’d hoped for a lot better quality and service for the price. Disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it or return.
