I stayed during a weekday, so it wasn't very busy, and the staff were always kind and friendly. The guesthouse itself was comfortable. Manila bay is only a five-minute walk away, and Intramuros takes about 10 to 15 minutes to reach. It was easy for me to get around to the places I wanted to go.

There were rats moving around in the ceilings of both rooms we stayed in. Room 101 had practically useless Wi-Fi, while Room 104 was better. I also wish the doors had an extra lock or bolt for added security. We stayed for two nights.
