There were several maintenance issues. Many places were dirty, the AC coils weren’t clean, and screws were loose. I even showed a picture to the person in charge at the front desk. The company needs to take customer service and maintenance seriously. Restaurant 85 was a complete joke. I sat on the patio and nobody asked if I needed anything. When breakfast came, it wasn’t what I’d asked for. I requested vinaigrette for my chef salade and got the worst sweet vinaigrette instead. I went out to buy balsamic vinegar and asked them to make a balsamic vinaigrette, which is very easy to make. Whoever was cooking just used the house vinaigrette and added my balsamic vinegar. What a shame. Today they acted like I hadn’t paid my bills and were very pushy. I have a witness. Sorry for the negative comments, and I hope you’ll look into it. No hard feelings. Thanks.

My room was marked no smoking, but it always smelled like smoke. I called the front desk to speak with the manager, but they never showed up. They just sent a guy to spray disinfectant, and the smell remained. There was even an ashtray in the safe deposit box.

The room was tiny and “sexy,” but I had a great experience because of the reception service. I think the receptionist’s name was Maricar, hopefully I’ve got it right, hehehe. She was very approachable and greeted me with a welcoming smile. I felt comfortable with her service. Amazing service, great people.

The room was decent, but in the middle of the night a staff member tried to open the door from outside without knocking first. It really startled me. It didn’t feel like this was his first time doing it. When I opened the door and asked what was going on, he just said sorry and walked away.
