The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed, hot shower, chairs, a table, and even a small kitchen with utensils and a microwave. The heater has three settings, but the water is already hot at level one. They'll ask for a 500 PHP security deposit at check-in.

There are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, and the location is convenient if you're doing business in Manila. The hotel was clean, the bed was spacious and comfortable to sleep in, and the front desk attendant and crew were polite and kind.

New and clean when I visited in July 2019, this hotel is in the University of Santo Tomas Hospital area on Lacson Ave, a block from Espana Ave. There are fast food options by the UST car park, and a Chinese tea place and 7-Eleven next door. The in-room Wi-Fi was free and strong. The front desk staff were promptly helpful and courteous with smiles, especially Ms. Chen. They even kept our luggage before check-in.

I had the corner room on the 10th floor, and street noise came through, including traffic, ambulance sirens, and all sorts of other sounds. The shower was way too hot.
