The room was filthy and badly kept: the floor was disgusting, the door was broken, there was just one towel, the AC kept switching itself off, and the internet didn’t work even though there was a signal. Customer service didn’t help. Getting in was a problem too. We arrived half an hour before check-in, exhausted from the long trip and lugging heavy bags. One staff member agreed to let us in early, then another kept refusing and repeating “policy” after we explained. At checkout, which we finished before noon, nobody was at the front desk. We had to wait until 1 PM while a swamped security guard dealt with everyone’s complaints. Worst RedDoorz hotel we’ve ever booked through Agoda, by far.

I booked at the last minute after work because pest control was happening in my apartment, and I ended up with hardly any rest. Mosquitoes filled the room, and the AC barely cooled it. The TV and AC didn’t have remotes either. There was no phone to call the lobby when I needed help. The front desk also wasn’t open around the clock, so outside its available hours there was no way to get assistance.

The place itself was awful, even if it was cheap and in a bad area. The room was dirty and unsanitary, and a cockroach came under the door while we were awake. My girlfriend and I got sick because the AC hadn’t been cleaned. Most of the TVs didn’t work, so we had to switch rooms. The area is noisy and heavily polluted.

I couldn’t sleep at night because the place was noisy, and there were three rats roaming around. The rooms are bad. The cleaners were okay, but the receptionist was very rude. I’ve never run into that kind of attitude before.
