Their free breakfast was delicious, and the staff were polite and accommodating. The rooms have hot and cold showers, fridges, and safes in the cabinets. The room size is okay, and it works well for backpackers or big groups, with double-deck beds. In the rooms for six, each bed has its own lamp.

Very budget-friendly and close to SM San Lazaro. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with enough cabinet and storage space, plus a personal ref for food. The CR is nice and clean too. I’d definitely book again.

I was staying here for one night with my sisters and a baby, and we’re all girls, so the broken sliding window really worried me. It wouldn’t lock, and my purse was right next to it. Good thing I checked. Even worse, the room was right by the fire exits. I didn’t feel safe here at all.

After we’d paid the full amount, they cancelled our booking. They offered to relocate us, but it took hours for them to get in touch, and the alternative was very far away, wasting even more of our time. Very bad service.
