The staff were friendly and held our bags both before check-in and after checkout. The price was budget-friendly, too. Getting there takes some effort: Bluementritt station is about a 15-minute walk away, or you can take GrabCar, though it cost more than GrabCar in Indonesia. Our room on the fourth floor was small, and there’s no lift, just steep stairs. The place was noisy even up there. We left the bin outside our door hoping staff would take the rubbish, but when we got back at the end of the day, the bin had vanished, haha.

The key card didn’t work, so we had to get staff to let us into our room. Still, I enjoyed the stay. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and it felt like good value for the money. I’d recommend it to friends and family.

There’s no lift, but I still found this hotel much better than the others around Manila. The service was good, especially from the front desk, and you get more than you pay for. I’d recommend staying here. YES TO ZEN ROOMS NO TO REDDOORZ BENITEZ

The rooms are neat, clean, and non-smoking, and it’s an affordable place to stay. The hotel itself is really good, but the staff aren’t. Service at the counter was especially poor, and they didn’t communicate well or know how to attend to customers. I felt bad about it. Please work on this and train the staff better.

Our fourth-floor room meant climbing stairs since there’s no elevator. Then the key card failed, and we waited 30 minutes for a staff member to open the door. The service was very bad, and the staff weren’t friendly.
