Bedbox Hotel

There wasn't any bottled water, and there were lots of cockroaches. The bathroom smelled bad.

Service was slow.

I paid to stay so I could get some sleep before work nearby, but the room was disgusting. The blankets and towels looked used and weren't fresh, and there was hair on the bedding and towels. Even the towels left on the chairs looked like they had already been used. The woman at the front and the person in the room were frowning when we came in. When I called, the person who answered asked, “What to do?” I said the linens looked used and hadn't been folded properly. Please teach the staff how to speak to customers and do their jobs properly. They understand, but this is strike three for me. I still check in because it's quite close to our office.

The place is really accessible, near LRT carriedo and Quinta Market, and the venue is so cold you won't sweat. Former CityState Hotel, it has been renovated throughout with a modern design. The food and venue are solid, and the staff are nice. Party packages are affordable too. Thank you, Bedbox hotel and staff!
