It's very close to Luneta Park, an easy walk, with lots of fast food places and a church nearby. But the place feels more like an old dormitory than a hotel, and the service was poor. Wi-Fi is supposed to be available, but it only reaches some rooms. The reservation desk staff seemed indifferent. Check-in is strictly at 2 PM, and early check-in costs Php100 per hour.

I'm happy staying in this clean, comfortable dorm. The staff are polite and easy to approach, and they take residents' concerns into account. Everyone seems satisfied, and the manager cooperates well with all the personnel.
