It's affordable and convenient, especially if you often travel north with Florida bus. For the low price, don't expect a special room, but it's decent.

The location worked perfectly for where I needed to go, and I slept well. Having three major bus companies within three blocks was a real plus. The room wasn't as large or perhaps as nice as some others, but it was clean. For the price, I thought the value was good, and the staff were five-star.

We came from Banaue and reached the Sampaloc mnl terminal at 6 am after a 12-hour trip, so a place to sleep for a while was exactly what we needed. I paid ₱900 for a 12-hour stay as a walk-in. The hallways were clean and well lit, there was no bad smell when we entered, and the older room looked maintained and clean. The hot and cold shower and air conditioning both worked. They gave us just one towel for two guests, with no toiletries besides that. I couldn't book this short stay through Agoda, Booking, or similar sites, which would have let me use cashback apps.

The location was handy, close to two bus terminals, convenience stores, and plenty of food restos, and the price was affordable. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and there was free hot water in a hallway dispenser. I'd stay again. It wasn't the best place, but our stay was good. Our room was clean and had two chairs, a table, and a working TV. The aircon worked well and got cold, though there was nowhere to store clothes or belongings. You could hear people passing in the hall for a few seconds, which didn't bother us, and rain on the roof was noticeable, especially from the second floor. The bathroom was clean and okay, with a heater and bidet. There were no toiletries and only one towel. We also saw a small mouse roaming in the hall and in the room. I hope they fix that so it doesn't affect future guests.
