Go Hotels Otis - Manila

I spent a week here in Manila, and the staff made the stay. Morning, afternoon, or evening, they greeted me warmly and with a smile. It’s rare to be treated that well, and I can’t say enough about how friendly they were. The hotel was extremely clean. Rooms are fine, though nothing fancy, and there are shared spaces to meet other guests. They also have newspapers available each morning and a TV with plenty of channels in different languages. I highly recommend it.

Good prices for a decent stay. There’s a little deli by the entrance for quick meals, and Robinsons mall is inside the area for larger meals. The traffic situation around here is easy to deal with.

The service was quick and the staff were really nice when we needed help. The hallway at Go hotel otis is also a nice place to hang out. But the room was very cramped for me and my roommates’ things, even though ours was a two bedroom room. If you bring lots of luggage, finding space will be hard. The foldable table is awkwardly placed and felt like it might break if you put anything on it. The bed is foldable too. The bathroom is positioned oddly, so you have to squeeze around while bathing or your roommates might see you. I’d recommend getting a bigger room or choosing the other option for more space, though the foldable table is still in the same situation.

This was my second time at go Hotel Otis, and I’m already looking forward to going back next year. The hotel was comfortable and very nice, and the staff were friendly and professional, especially Miss Nikka. I’d recommend it to anyone heading to Manila. See you next year!
