The roof deck was a highlight during our stay for Traslacion 2026, since we could clearly watch the Nazareno procession going along the streets. We felt safe around the clock because the property is well guarded. The food service deserves a mention too, the food was tasty and very affordable. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a hot shower. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend the place.

The room was filthy, with menacing sludge stains around it. Under a blacklight the bed had red stains, and there were jagged holes in the ceiling with wires sticking out that looked terribly like worms. There wasn’t even a shared bathroom. It smelled like a cigarette had been lit under the bed, and there were fire marks everywhere. The location was so bad I had to take a car to get anywhere nice. Service was very unprofessional. Someone even tried to enter my room at 11:08 PM. The lights didn’t work, and I had to call about six or seven times before anyone from hotel service responded, and then they were rude.

The room looked dirty at first glance, and I spotted cockroaches. The toilet had no seat cover, and the towels weren’t white. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, since Manila has plenty of other budget options.

There’s been no outlet for almost five hours, and they haven’t been able to fix the things we’ve asked about. It’s also hard to communicate properly with the person at the counter, and the way other guests are treated seems very unfair.

Room 423 had no hot water in the shower, and the shower door lock was broken. Water was leaking from the sink, there were cockroaches, and the room wasn’t clean. The bedsheet was dirty and the TV only had one channel. At least there was AC, and no ghosts 😂
