The room was clean and felt safe, and I’d still suggest it for a short stay since it’s cheaper. But it was a bit hot, as if the aircon was barely doing more than a fan in a room with no windows. You could hear noise from outside or another room, too. The aircon needs cleaning, repair, or replacing. Please get it fixed.

I booked two rooms for two weeks, and two friends also booked rooms here, so the problems were disappointing. The rooms were clean, but the water heater in our first room didn’t work. I later saw other reviews saying the heater in the same room, 3b, had already been broken a month earlier, so it seems it was never repaired before we were given the room. The bathroom doors were all broken and wouldn’t close. Wi-Fi was available but unreliable, which was a real problem for me since I work in IT and need dependable internet. The biggest issue was the visitor rule, which wasn’t listed on the website before booking: visitors could apparently stay only 30 minutes at a time. A family member visiting us during the day became a big problem.

We’d booked ahead and were given a room with a broken bathroom door and broken air conditioner. It was so hot that I woke up covered in sweat. The front desk woman said she’d move us, but we never got another room. Why hand over a room in that condition, and why wasn’t it repaired before we arrived? We’d also told them we’d be late, around 11:00 PM, because we were flying from another city. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1 AM, but the front door was locked and the whole building was closed. Nobody had told us they’d shut up, and staff couldn’t help us right away that night, even though we’d already paid. Was there no room for us after all? Why didn’t a staff member meet us?

The room and toilet were very clean, and basic toiletries and a towel were provided. Wi-Fi was unstable and pretty bad, and there was no bottled water. There’s no lift, so I had to climb to the fourth floor. I arrived very early, at 5 AM, but reception wasn’t open. Without a local phone line to call the number, I ended up waiting outside for about two hours until it opened so I could check in.
