Sheraton Manila Bay

The service stood out, with professional, accommodating staff making the experience even better. At Sheraton Manila Bay, I had a wonderful stay. The spacious, clean rooms were well-equipped and made it easy to relax. It's a good Manila hotel with comfort, elegance, impressive amenities, and dining options. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Manila.

Staff were fantastic, reaching out before I arrived to help with logistics and arrange an airport transfer for a reasonable fee. That made getting there much smoother. The hotel is conveniently located near Intramuros for sightseeing and exploring the historic area. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was good, a nice start to the day. I didn't particularly enjoy the dinner buffet selections, but that was a minor drawback in an otherwise very pleasant stay. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend the hotel to others visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Manila Bay this week. The rooms were spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the cleaning staff came at a timely manner and did a great job. For Manila, it isn't the cheapest hotel, but it was worth every penny to us. The staff provided amazing hospitality from check-in, the restaurant, concierge and bellmen, through to the lounge. Shoutout to Eljene, Stephanie, Antonio, Karen, Arnold, Marie, Marshall, Alan, Vhoriz, Kaye, Carla. Members with ambassador status can enjoy the newly opened Pacific Lounge, with a great view and snack and food selection. We also liked the breakfast buffet downstairs. The hotel is in a funny area because it's accessible to the “red light district”, though that's more of a nighttime scene. Robinson’s Manila Place is a short walk away, with more food options and souvenir shopping. We didn't lounge by the pool, and only used the fitness center. It's small, but has a good layout, a good selection of free weights, and a bay view alongside the treadmills.

The staff were professional and ready to help, and they kindly stored my luggage between bookings during my longer stay in the Philippines. The gym was clean and well kept, with good equipment, though it ran a little warm. The location is very central, with Robinson shopping mall about a 5 minute walk away. There are lots of KTV places and clubs nearby, so it may be noisy for some. I really had no complaints otherwise, the facilities and service were top notch.
