We found an eyelash extension under the comforter in the morning, and the sheets had marks from massage oils. The bed linen wasn’t clean. I would not recommend it.

For the price, the room is nice, and both the gym and swimming facilities work well. Room cleaning wasn’t done unless I asked the service staff.

Local buses run around the area. Walk a few meters to espanya blvd road, then you can catch one wherever you need to go.

It’s a good hotel for patients of UST hospital since it’s nearby. Booking online is quicker, and walking in is also faster because rooms are often fully booked. There’s no parking available, only limited space out front.

The staff are kind, which I appreciate. I’ve lived in this building for 7 years, and the elevators have been my one issue. I can’t recall a time when all three were working at once. One or two are always under maintenance, leaving people to wait a long time. There are lots of students in the building because it’s near a school, and with over 30 floors there are plenty of residents. Having just one elevator working is so frustrating.
