It’s peaceful and quiet here, with good food and coffee. Management and staff are hospitable and make you feel looked after. A lovely find if you’re traveling, working remotely, or just need some time away from the city.

The bathrooms were clean, breakfast was fine, and the staff were friendly. My main gripe was the bed: the spring mattress had almost no padding, so I could feel the springs against my back. They also wouldn’t match a price I found online. Maybe that’s just how it is in the Philippines, I’m not sure. Hard to decide how I feel about the place.

Personnel were truly accommodating, and the hotel and rooms were clean. The rates are affordable, and it’s a nice place to get some rest. Windy Ridge Hotel is on H.Del Pilar st., behind Aristocrat restaurant in Malate. I’d recommend giving it a try.
