For what they charge, this place is expensive, and I wouldn’t recommend it. My room was very dirty, the toilet was dirty, the faucet was broken, and the flush didn’t work. It was near their counter, where a staff member brought her kids, who were shouting and playing in the middle of the night. Imagine booking a hotel to get some rest and ending up with that. This hotel is not recommended at all. They’d be better off closing it.

The room smelled so bad when we arrived that we had to spray perfume. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, slower than my mobile data, and the TV didn’t work. The room looked nothing like the pictures on Google, either. Google Maps sent us the wrong way, so we had to ask locals where the place was. The person with me said someone tried to open our door very early in the morning. Maybe it was someone there to clean the room, or maybe an outsider. I don’t recommend this place.

The room was nothing like the listing, maybe illegally so. The floors were dirty, and the gate near my room was unlocked. Staff were rude, and their excuse was that “expectations are different from reality.” The area around the “hotel” felt horrible and unsafe. We booked it because it was near somewhere we needed to go, but even so, we didn’t stay the night.

Whenever I vacation in Philippines, I choose this hotel. The receptionist is very accommodating, and the service is very good. It’s easy to get around for transport, food, and church. I recommend it to everyone.
