The staff were humble and nice, but that doesn't make up for the poor service. There's no closet for clothes or refrigerator for keeping things, and the wifi worked for one day, then was gone for three. They said the front desk was open 24 hours, but security locks the main door at 10 pm. It felt like a school dormitory. We came from hotel SOGO, which is open all day and night. If you're out late here, you could end up sleeping on the street. The security guard seemed to look down on us at 10 pm because he wanted to sleep. I'm really disappointed. We don't have any freedom here.
