Hotel De Alexa

The rooms were generally clean, which we appreciated, but the beds were movable and unstable like the ones at D’Morvie, so they weren't very comfortable. The toilet and bath were extremely cramped, barely enough room for a child. We booked one single room and one double. When I asked the receptionist if we could switch one room to twin beds, since that option wasn't available online, she said no. I used to be a Front Office Supervisor at Hilton after college, so I know that kind of change is possible. The stay was okay, though the hotel could make guests more comfortable.

The food upstairs is filling and budget friendly, and there's free breakfast with an overnight stay. It's affordable, and handy to have somewhere to eat when you're hungry.

The stairs are very steep and there's no elevator, so keep that in mind when bringing luggage. There's an own parking lot, plus plenty of spaces along the road out front. Rooms are clean but very small, with their own CR/Shower, and the lobby has some drinks and food. It's fine for a short rest after a tiring highway drive, or maybe a night or two for business. For a holiday, though, the rooms are too small. My two cents.

It's easy to park here, and being in the main town makes shopping convenient. You get free breakfast, TV, and internet access. Definitely a good place to stay in Maramag.
