For concert-goers at Philippine Arena, this place could work well. They let you park a motorcycle inside for a small fee, and the site feels secure, with barbed wire on the walls and working CCTV cameras. I'm not sure larger adventure or sport bikes would fit, since the way into the main parking area looks pretty tight. Our stay itself was peaceful. The location is hard to beat for the price. McDonald's by McArthur Highway is close, SM Marilao is a few steps away, there's a 7/11 at the neighboring gas station, and a tricycle terminal right outside. Our room was fairly clean, but it had a lingering smell I didn't like. The air conditioner wasn't cold even at its coldest setting, so the room still felt warm. Some of the pillowcases smelled unpleasant too. If you're “maselan,” I wouldn't recommend it.

I was never refunded the deposit for two nights, even after trying hard to get the money back. They hadn't mentioned that it was non-refundable, so make sure your stay dates are settled or clarify the terms with them. Customer service was seriously lacking. The room also wasn't worth the price. It was dirty, there were lots of flies, and the washroom was poor. The toilet in the first room wouldn't flush, so I had to move to another one, and the sink water in that first room didn't work either. I didn't expect much, but this stay still felt overpriced. Be cautious.

For what we paid, the hotel offered very good value. We also noticed the care they put into the details and making sure guests were satisfied.

The hot shower is really hot if that's what you need, and everything worked fine. Good value for a low budget. Online bookings are for rooms on the ground floor, while the second floor has apartments for rent. Easy to find beside the main road, near SM Marilao and the tricycle terminal 😚😉
