Our stay was unsatisfactory. We arrived to check in and found that the room wasn’t ready. Staff said they only prepare it once a guest arrives, which meant waiting instead of having it ready at check-in time. The customer service left a poor impression. There were many cats near the kitchen, lobby, and beside the building, and the cat feces smell was strong. It came in through the back door and reached the kitchen, affecting cleanliness and comfort. Parking was also cramped and poorly managed. Staff kept arranging and squeezing motorcycles together to fit more vehicles despite the limited space. This caused inconvenience and discomfort, and our motorcycle ended up scratched. It seemed the small size of the parking area hadn’t been properly considered. It was so bad.

The desk is staffed 24/7, and the lady there tracked me down after I left my smartwatch in the room so she could return it. Lovely service. The room was okay for sleeping after getting off the bus, just a three-minute walk away. They provide earplugs because the air conditioner and noise outside can be a bit loud.

Good rooms with a double or queen bed, bathroom, stand, and TV. It’s close to the court if you want to play basketball or tennis, but set back from the road so it wasn’t loud. A little pricey, probably because of the location. There’s a good restaurant and bar nearby, so you can have a few drinks and just walk back.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. When we arrived, someone else was using our rooms. Staff weren’t careful with our motorcycle or car, and when an incident happened, we got no help. It almost sounded like a cover-up. They said the CCTV had malfunctioned.

The people here were really nice and friendly. They even let us stay an hour past checkout while we went canyoning. The place itself is definitely not well maintained, though. Rooms weren’t properly organized, and the building needs serious renovation. Not a good hostel, despite the name.
