Sheridan Boutique Resort

I was really put off by the new fees on our last three visits. The environmental or entrance charge feels unreasonable when we're only going there to eat. I had to pay a separate fee for everyone with me, in addition to my daughter's usual swimming fee. We used to come often because my daughter loves being able to swim and eat there. The food and atmosphere are still okay, much as before, but we've decided to stop visiting for now because of the extra costs. I hope they rethink the pricing for people who just come to eat and relax.

The food and service were great, and we still had fun despite the bad weather. I did have to remind the staff to bring our breakfast to the room.

We had a family get-together here, but the service was incredibly slow and felt below average for the price. Our rented room and Lanai were dated, nothing special, and there was mold on the wood. Mosquitoes were a terrible problem, and even the fans weren't enough. The Lanai was quite far from the main restaurant. They said someone would help us, but we had to run back to the restaurant several times just to place orders. Getting there would also be difficult without a car. It was hard to book a Grab or call a tricycle, and the road looked like it was mainly used by private vehicles.

What I liked most was the peaceful atmosphere. The place is a little secluded and surrounded by nature, a nice spot to relax and clear your head. The staff were friendly, polite, good with kids, and accommodating. We booked for their Mother's Day event. The food was good, especially the pork sinigang. It wasn't too sour, and the pork was so tender it melted in my mouth. We'll be back next time.
