There’s a free, empty parking lot nearby, and a guard keeps watch over it. Security around the condo is good too, with guards at every entrance. The tenants are nice, and sometimes jog through the spacious courtyard. There’s also a pool.

I used to find this place comfortable and convenient for business nearby, but things changed a lot in just four months. When I arrived, they couldn't find my booking and tried to collect cash even though I'd paid in advance. My room wasn't ready when they finally took me there, and there were no towels. It wasn't serviced the first day either. I had to beg for towels and got just one. They promised a second, but never came back. This place sucks now. I won't stay again.

I spent three months here. It's quiet, but the nearest convenience store felt too far away, and the place was more expensive than I expected, maybe the owner is just greedy. The air-conditioning worked well, but the Meralco bills were too high. If you're trying to save money, I'd just rent an apartment and buy an AC. HAHAHA, just advice.

Monthly dues are cheap, and there’s access to a pool and gym. You can jog at the plaza, too. Waltermart is just a few steps away now, and the location sits on the boundary of Paranaque and Muntunlupa. The skyway is easy to reach.
